 | Tom Schilling: Tom is the owner and operator of Proper Choppers. Tom started riding dirt bikes at the age of five. When moved on to his teens he teamed up with Ritchie (owner of Manx Cycles) and has been working with him ever since. Tom sees a bike as an opportunity to make it individual through his artistic machining abilities. Perfection is always strived for even on the smallest of parts. |
 | Ritchie (No one knows his last name but most think its Manx): Ritchie has been professionally working on motorcycles for 36 years. In 1974 Ritchie open Manx cycles in Morristown New Jersey. Since the opening of Manx Cycles in 1974 Ritchie has moved his shop to the more convenient location of Dover New Jersey where it resides to this day. Ritchie is a legendary mechanic in the Northern New Jersey area. Anyone who wants their bike done right brings it to Manx and Proper Choppers. |
 | Red (Again last name unknown but you can spot him form a mile off by his red hair): Red was natively born in England. Around the shop Red is known as “The British Connection”. Red has been working on British bikes since 1963. Red’s knowledge of the vintage Brit bikes is unsurpassed and his humor around the shop is as well. |
